Feature
An AI coach that works from your own log
Describe your goal and your week. Get a training plan, a meal plan and honest reviews, grounded in the weight, sets and macros you already track.

Weekly training plans
Tell the coach your goal, your available days and what you like to train. It returns a seven-day plan with a focus, exercises, sets and reps for each day, plus a progression note.
Revise, do not restart
Ask for changes to the plan you already follow: swap a day, drop an exercise, shorten sessions. The revision keeps what works.
Import a plan from text
Paste a plan from a coach, a forum or a spreadsheet and the coach turns it into a structured week you can follow in the Train tab.
Meal plans that fit
Calories and protein planned around your target, with meals you can tick off in the Nutrition screen.
Reviews and questions
Ask how your last weeks went, or anything about training and eating. Answers use your logged weight, goal pace, top sets and macros.
How it works
Set a goal
Cut, recomp, bulk or maintain, with a target weight if you have one.
Ask for a plan
Pick your days and describe what you want. Review the draft and edit anything.
Follow and revise
The active plan drives your Today card and the Train tab. Ask for a revision whenever life changes.
Common questions
Which AI model powers the coach?
Google Gemini, through Fitaio’s own server. Prompts are not logged there, and no AI key lives inside the app.
Is the coach medical advice?
No. It drafts suggestions for general fitness from your own data. Check them, and talk to a professional before big changes.
Can I use the coach before logging anything?
Yes. You can ask questions and generate a plan straight away. Reviews get better as your log fills up.
