01

One active plan

The active plan drives your Today card and the Train tab, so you never wonder what is next.

02

Built three ways

Write it yourself, generate it with the coach, or paste a plan from text.

03

Progression written down

Each plan carries a note on when to add load and how much.

04

Plan history

Revisions are kept, so you can see how a plan evolved.

How it works

  1. Create or generate

Start from scratch or describe your goal to the coach.

  2. Make it active

The app follows one plan at a time.

  3. Train and adjust

Change a day whenever you need. The plan keeps its history.

Common questions

How many training days can a plan have?

Any number from one to seven. Rest days are part of the plan.

Can I move a plan between accounts?

Plans can be read and created through the developer API, so a script or an AI assistant can copy one between accounts you own.
