Fitaio / Account deletion

Request account deletion.

You can request deletion of your Fitaio account and associated data here, even if the app is no longer installed.

This is a manual request. Opening an email draft does not delete your account. Send the email, then we will verify ownership and confirm the next steps.

How to request deletion

  1. Email from the address associated with your Fitaio account.
  2. Use the subject Fitaio account deletion. State that you want your account and associated data deleted.
  3. If your sign-in provider uses a relay address, include the account email shown in Settings. If you cannot access that email, explain this so we can arrange another ownership check.
  4. We will reply to verify ownership, confirm the processing timeframe and notify you when deletion is complete.
Request deletion by email

No email app? Copy the address and subject above into your email service. Do not include your password, sign-in codes or identity documents in the initial request.

What will be deleted

  • Your Fitaio sign-in account and profile.
  • Linked weight, body measurements, workouts, nutrition, supplements and goal records.
  • Training plans, meal plans, saved routines and associated plan history.
  • Progress-photo records and images stored in the Fitaio cloud account.

What may remain

Limited records may be retained where necessary for security, resolving an existing support matter or a legal requirement. If this applies, we explain the reason and retention period when processing your request. Provider backups and security records follow provider retention processes. Analytics records that are not linked to your account may not be identifiable for individual deletion. Records already transmitted to the AI provider are handled under that provider's terms.

Copies downloaded or stored separately on your device are not removed by a cloud-account request. After deletion is confirmed, clear the app's local data or uninstall it on your devices, and clear Fitaio site data in any browser you used. Original photos in your photo library and device backups need separate handling on your device. Account deletion does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Delete only some data

Use the in-app delete control where available for an individual record. To request removal of specific linked records while keeping your account, email support and identify which records you want removed without sending unnecessary health information.
